Check out this article if you've been searching for a job, without success. The methods referenced from Bolles "What Color Is Your Parachute" show the percentage rates of success....very high. I used this part of Bolles material recently when running an employment seeking group of unemployed professionals. We found that some of these things are really uncomfortable to do, but they work. Maybe it's because so few job seekers....or any of us....are willing to consistently focus outside of our comfort zone. However, those that can do that develop a competitive edge. What do you think?
